**To delete a tag from an Auto Scaling group**

This example deletes the specified tag from the specified Auto Scaling group::

    aws autoscaling delete-tags --tags ResourceId=my-auto-scaling-group,ResourceType=auto-scaling-group,Key=Dept,Value=Research
