**To retrieves metadata from an object without returning the object itself**

The following ``get-object-attributes`` example retrieves metadata from the object ``doc1.rtf``. ::

    aws s3api get-object-attributes \

        --object-attributes "StorageClass" "ETag" "ObjectSize"
