<title>Instalar o engadido de Flash</title>

<p>Flash é un <em>engadido</em> para o seu navegador web que lle permite ver vídeos e usar páxinas web interactivas nalgúns sitios. Mentres HTML, unha solución máis moderna, está medrando en penetración aínda hai algunhas webs que non funcionan sen Flash.</p>

<p>Se non ten Flash instalado probabelmente vexa unha mensaxe indicándollo ao visitar un sitio web que o necesita. Flash está dispoñíbel como unha descarga de balde (pero non é de código aberto) para a maioría dos navegadores web.</p>

 <p>Adobe anunciou que deixará de actualizar e distribuír o Flash Player ao remate do 2020. En consecuencia, por razóns de seguranza, non se debería usar o engadido Flash despois desta data.</p>

<p>Hai dúas clases de engadidos dispoñíbeis:</p>

 <p>O paqute <app>adobe-flashplugin</app> proporciona os engadidos NPAPI e PPAPI, isto é, proporciona Flash para os navegadores web Firefox e Chromium.</p>

É un encapsulador que permite que o Firefox use o engadido PPAPI.</p>

 <p>Teña en conta que sempre debería utilizar a versión máis recente de Flash. Isto significa que ten que repetir os pasos 2 a 7 de cando en vez para seguir accedendo aos servizos web que requiran Flash.</p>
