  <title>Make the keyboard cursor blink</title>

  <p>If you find it difficult to see the keyboard cursor in a text field, you
  can make it blink to make it easier to locate.</p>

  <steps>
    <item>
      <p>Open the <gui xref="shell-introduction#activities">Activities</gui> 
      overview and start typing <gui>Settings</gui>.</p>

      <p>Click on <gui>Settings</gui>.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>Click <gui>Universal Access</gui> in the sidebar to open the panel.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>Press <gui>Cursor Blinking</gui> in the <gui>Typing</gui> section.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>Use the <gui>Speed</gui> slider to adjust how quickly the cursor
      blinks.</p>
